Tele Atlas

Since 2004, Atlas Advisors has helped Tele Atlas N.V., a leader in digital mapping, expand its global position through a series of value-creating transactions: a strategic acquisition, a Euronext listing that created significant liquidity and attracted world-class investors, and a sale to the global leader in GPS products. Tele Atlas' stock price has increased almost eight-fold from €4.00 per share (30 days prior to the announcement of the strategic acquisition of GDT) to €30.00 per share at the time of the sale to TomTom, announced in November 2007.

Church & Dwight

Between 2001 and 2007, bankers at Atlas Advisors helped Church & Dwight Co., Inc. implement a strategic plan that led to a meaningful increase in the company’s sales and market capitalization, from approximately $1.0 billion to $2.2 billion and from $1.0 billion to $3.6 billion, respectively.

Groupe Danone

Since its inception, Atlas Advisors has advised global food and beverage leader Groupe Danone on a series of strategic transactions around the world. These assignments have helped the global food and beverage leader divest non-core businesses and strengthen its core portfolio.

Kelso & Company

Between 2004 and 2007, Atlas Advisors helped Kelso & Co. add value to a portfolio company with strong consumer brands through a complete investment cycle: from acquisition of Del Labs, through operational improvement, to a profitable exit benefiting both the firm and the portfolio of brands it sold. When Kelso decided to exit, Atlas Advisors conducted a unique dual-track sale process creating price tension between the possibility of IPO-ing the business versus a sale of the business to prospective interested purchasers. Press reports have valued the transaction at approximately $800 million. The sale transaction generated a return of almost three times its original investment over a three-year period.

Grupo Bimbo

Atlas Advisors principals have advised Grupo Bimbo for nearly a decade on its North American growth strategy, evaluating several strategic alternatives before executing the acquisition of the U.S. fresh bakery business of Weston Foods, Inc.
