Founded in 2003 and headquartered in New York City, Atlas Advisors is led by Senior Managing Director Palden Namgyal and Managing Director Roberta Mazzariol, founders of the firm, and Roberto Mendoza, whose combined investment banking careers span six decades. He is joined by managing directors and a group of senior advisors with experience across a range of disciplines: strategic analyses, mergers, acquisitions, financings, recapitalizations, restructurings and principal investments. We have served as a strategic advisor to corporate clients, private equity firms and entrepreneurs, and while we do not underwrite or trade public securities, we provide private placement and financing advisory services for public and private capital markets transactions.
