Roberto Mendoza is a Senior Managing Director at Atlas Advisors.

Prior to Atlas Advisors, Mr. Mendoza spent over 30 years at J.P. Morgan, during which he led the firm’s corporate finance, M&A and private-equity businesses, and was Vice Chairman of the Board from 1990 to 2000.

Mr. Mendoza serves on the Boards of Manpower Inc.,Western Union, Inc., Rocco Forte Hotels, Ltd, and Baosteel Metal Co., Ltd.,. He is a previous Chairman of XL Capital Ltd. and Egg plc. He has served on the Boards of Partner Re Ltd., ACE Limited, Banesto S.A., the BOC Group plc, Continental Airlines, Inc., Mid Ocean Limited (Chairman of the Executive Committee), Prudential plc (Chairman of the Remuneration Committee), Quinpario Acquisition Corp 2, Reuters plc, the Travelers Group, and Vitro S.A.

Mr. Mendoza holds a B.A. from Yale and an M.B.A. (Baker Scholar) from the Harvard Business School. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
